version 6.1 Black window, no functionality/OS10.9.3

Previous review (6.0.1) :Rating: Zero. On my Mac Pro, latest OS (10.9.1), this version of PR (6.0.1) launches to a black window - and that is it. Incomprehensible that the problems with this app have not been addressed - it has been months, I gave it 1 star because I couldnt give it a zero. I will continue to use version 5.0.9.1119.

Vesion 6.1: Received notice today (June 5) of an update to this app - version number 6.1; App Store suggests that it is new as of May 30. Same result as before - black screen. No sense to ths update. Current OS 10.9.3
